Electronic Registration

New Students Only:

1. Click Here to start Enrollment.
2. Fill in all required information, please keep in mind that it is one form per child.
3. Pay the tuition for all children on first form, only full yearly tuition is available. If your child is unable to attend the 2nd semester, partial refunds can be offered. (Do not make payments on additional forms).
4. If you have an existing child and a new child coming into our school, please register new child and once done please email bassam@bilalsundayschool.com, we will then adjust your existing child’s invoice to include the new child.

Reminders:
-The child must be 6 yrs old before September 1st to apply for 1st grade.
-All new students who have registered (except 1st graders), must take an entrance exam on Sunday August 26th between 10:30 AM-12:30 PM. For Exam preparation instructions please click here.

Returning Students:

1. Visit: https://bilalmasjid.quickschools.com
2. Log into your Parent Portal and click “View & Pay Fees”
3. Click Pay Now to the right of “Balance”, only full yearly tuition is available. If your child is unable to attend the 2nd semester, partial refunds can be offered.
4. Please make sure to update all contact information for you and your children.

5. Students who failed last year, will need to test on Saturday August 25th between 10:30 AM-1:30 PM. For Exam preparation instructions please click here.

 

If you require help with applying Multiple Child Discounts, please email bassam@bilalsundayschool.com to have your balance adjusted. Please also send an email if you need to remove a student or if you have any questions.

Note: If you are in need of financial aid, you will need to come in person Sunday August 26th between 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
